Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Smartest Fix. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Marketplace role

Smartest Fix is a connection platform. It helps customers find independent home-service providers and communicate about a job. Smartest Fix is not the contractor performing the work and is not a party to agreements between customers and providers.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the service lawfully. Provider access is limited to approved providers. We may restrict or deactivate accounts that create safety, fraud, legal, or platform-integrity risks.

Service requests and communications

Customers are responsible for describing requests accurately and providing safe access to the job location. Providers are responsible for evaluating work, qualifications, licensing, insurance, scheduling, pricing, and performance. Users must not send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content through the app.

Payments and disputes

Unless the app expressly states otherwise, customers and providers arrange and complete payments directly. Smartest Fix may record job totals or payment-related information for operational, commission, safety, audit, or support purposes without becoming a party to the payment transaction.

Safety and platform review

Smartest Fix filters clearly abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, and threatening content. Every customer and provider chat includes controls to report a concern and block the other participant. Blocking immediately disables messaging between the two accounts. Smartest Fix may review reports, messages, job details, and account activity when reasonably needed for prompt support, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement. Users should contact emergency services for emergencies and should not rely on the app as an emergency service.

Account deletion

Customers and providers can permanently delete their account from Profile > Delete account without contacting support or waiting for manual approval. Deletion removes the sign-in and personal account data. Records required for legal compliance, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, or disputes may be retained only in anonymized or minimized form.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Smartest Fix does not guarantee provider availability, job quality, pricing, timing, or outcomes and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from independent service work.
