Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Smartest Fix collects, uses, and protects information when customers and providers use the Smartest Fix app and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, account role, authentication identifiers, and service area. Service requests may include an address, town, job description, selected service category, requested schedule, ratings, and text messages exchanged through the app.
We may also collect device push tokens, app and build information, basic diagnostics, safety reports, support requests, and records needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, connect customers with appropriate providers, deliver service requests and messages, send job notifications, support users, investigate safety or fraud concerns, enforce our terms, and maintain the reliability of the platform.
How information is shared
Job information is shared only as needed to coordinate service. Approved providers may receive relevant request details. Customers may see provider identity and job status information. We may use service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, and app operations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Data retention and deletion
Customers and providers can permanently delete their account from Profile > Delete account in the app without contacting support or waiting for manual approval. Deletion removes the sign-in, profile details, addresses, messages, ratings, notification tokens, and other personal account data. Completed transaction, accounting, fraud, safety, dispute, or legal records may be retained only in anonymized or minimized form when required.
Security and user choices
We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect user information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users can sign out, manage account details in the app, decline optional notifications in device settings, report unsafe content, block another chat participant, and permanently delete their account.
Children
Smartest Fix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
